Banana is important for me because I have a banana for breakfast almost every day, and it's one of my favorite fruits. It tastes good and gives me enough energy that lasts until lunch time. It was a bit hard to take pictures of a banana once it's opened because it got dark really quickly. I chose Color Halftone as the filter because it goes really well with the bright color of the banana's skin, and it gives a happy vibe.
I really like fruits and Kiwi is one of them. My mom doesn't get Kiwi so very often so I was really happy when she got them the week I took this picture. I like the color and the patterns of the seeds inside. I used a clear white background to put more emphasize on the patterns.
Pencil is my favorite writing tools and I use it all the time. It is an essential item for me as a student, and I like pencil particularly because I can just erase things if I made a mistake. One of the challenges that I had while I was taking this picture was to make the pencil stand as if it was being used and I don't have someone to help me do that. But, it still turned out really good despite of the difficulties.
It is a picture of a spoon that my family and I use daily at home. I specifically chose a dark background because I think it fits well with silverwares, and I want to make it looks elegant. It was hard to take this picture because there were reflections on the spoon and they were distracting. So I had to try different angles in order to get a fine reflection on the spoon.
There are so many mini potteries that can be found all over my house. They are part of my mom's collections, and we have it at home as decorations. Each one of them is unique because they are all handmade, and they are made by local artists. I like them a lot and I took these pictures in my backyard because I want to give a touch of my house environment to the objects, not just plain background like the other pictures that I took.
